Netherlands Govt. Scholarship Program for Short Courses, Masters, PhD


The NFP Scholarship  is initiated and fully funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs from the budget for development cooperation. The NFP offers fellowships for various short/ training courses as well as Masters and  PhD studies. The Netherlands Fellowship Program (NFP) promote capacity building within organizations in 51 countries by providing scholarships for training and education for professionals.

Fields of study:

NFP-qualified courses/programs. Find a course/program from their website and then contact the Dutch higher education institution that offers that course to find out whether it is NFP-qualified.

Target group:

The NFP target group consists of professionals who are nationals of and work and live in an NFP country. The chances of obtaining an NFP fellowship increase if you live and work in Sub-Saharan Africa and/or if you are a woman.

Scholarship Coverage:

An NFP fellowship is intended to supplement the salary that the fellow should continue to receive during the study period. The allowance is a contribution towards the costs of living, the costs of tuition fees, visas, travel, insurance and thesis research. If applicable, the fellowship holder is expected to cover the difference between the actual costs and the amount of the personal NFP allowances.

Eligibility:

The NFP is meant for professionals who are nationals of and work and live in one of the 51 NFP countries. Candidates have to be nominated by their employer to be eligible for the fellowship. There also has to be a clear need for training within the context of the organization.

Application Procedures:

You need to apply directly with a Dutch higher education institution of your choice, starting 3 February 2015. New Zealand Development Scholarships (NZDS) for Masters Students from Developing Countries

New Zealand AID (NZAID) offers the New Zealand Development Scholarships (NZDS)  for international students from selected developing countries to study in New Zealand to gain knowledge and skills through post-graduate study in specific subject areas that will assist in the development of their home country. New Zealand Development Scholarships are available for Postgraduate Certificate (6 months), Postgraduate Diploma (1 year) or Masters Degree (1 – 2 years).

ADB MBA Scholarship at Asian Institute of Management (AIM), Philippine

ADB-AIM MBA Scholarship for Asian Countries:

ADB is one of the most important sources of financial assistance for graduate students in Asia and the Pacific. The Asian Development Bank (ADB)  funding from the government of Japan, established the ADB-JSP Scholarship Program to encourage and strengthen human resource development in 1988. AIM is one of the first ADB-designated institutions to receive scholarship funds for their students.

DAAD Scholarship for Master Degree in Textile and Clothing Technology in Germany

Scholarship Description :
